She helps to promote several assistance programs including: WEAVE, S.O.S ( Stopping Our Silence). Rashell also helps to bring awareness to other topic ‘s such as: No Kid Hungry, Breast Cancer Awareness, March of Dimes and the American Heart Association. All these organizations are important topics. She wants her BlingTeam fans and community to take part in the sharing the awareness with her warm personality that is inviting and down to earth and a heart that is bigger than life it's self.

  Rashell released a official music video focused on Domestic Violence Awareness. This song "Dry Ur Eyez" has been featured in many blogs and inspired many women. Rashell was nominated for Best RnB/Soul Artist at the 2012 Sammy Awards hosted by the News & Review.  She has recognized in "All About Jazz" , Sac TV, Sacramento Talent Magazine, Indie Music Daily, Mi2N, AllVoices and other website, blogs and publications for her work.
